Milim Gallery offers a 100% guaranteed refund if you are not totally satisfied with your print. You must email us within 3 days of receiving your print. Refunds only apply to the cost of the print and not to framing costs. If you wish to return a framed print we will refund the cost of an unframed print. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges.
If your print arrives damaged you should contact us immediately, and at all events within 3 working days of delivery. We will arrange for the damaged print to be collected and a replacement sent at no additional cost. It would be helpful if you could photograph the damage sustained for reference purposes.
