Milim Gallery is delighted to offer you prints by our photographers. You can find images from each photographer listed in the Buying Prints section by clicking on the photographer. Click through to individual images to find print details and prices. There are framing and delivery options and payment can be by credit or debit card or by Paypal. VAT is automatically added if you are in the UK or EU.  VAT is not added for the rest of the world. Delivery is by courier.

Please note that the framing optioins only apply to the UK.  We cannot deliver framed prints outside the UK, but we can of course deliver unframed prints to anywhere in the world.

Milim Gallery offers several framing options.

White box frame – this is particularly suitable for colour images. The print extends right to the edge of the frame so there is no mount or border.  The glass stands away from the print by approximately 2cm.

Black wooden frame with window mount –  the overall size of the frame will generally work out at about 10cms bigger than the print on each size.  If the print is 50x60cms the frame will be approximately 60x70cms.

Delivery

Delivery is by courier service.  This is a more secure method than the post. The delivery of images is insured, so should your print be damaged in transit a replacement will be provided with no extra charge to you.

Because of the difficulty of delivering framed items abroad we can at present only supply unframed prints outside the UK.

Framing costs and delivery charges are automatically calculated once you put in your framing preferences and delivery area when buying your chosen image.

Payments

Secure payment may be made by credit or debit card or from a Paypal account. VAT at the current UK rate will automatically be added  if you set your delivery option to UK or Europe. (Europe means those European countries within the European economic community.)  If you set your delivery address for worldwide you will not be charged VAT.

Returns

Milim Gallery offers a 100% guaranteed refund if you are not totally satisfied with your print. You must email us within 3 days of receiving your print. Refunds only apply to the cost of the print and not to framing costs. If you wish to return a framed print we will refund the cost of an unframed print. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges.

If your print arrives damaged you should contact us immediately, and at all events within 3 working days of delivery. We will arrange for the damaged print to be collected and a replacement sent at no additional cost. It would be helpful if you could photograph the damage sustained for reference purposes.

Terms and Conditions

Milim Gallery is a trading name of Millennium Images Ltd. We are registered in England (No. 3580674) at 17D Ellingfort Road, London, E8 3PA. Our VAT No. is 722 4392 49.

By placing an order and purchasing goods with Milim Gallery, consumers agree to abide by our terms and conditions as laid out on this site. Any statutory rights remain unaffected under English law.

Milim Gallery will supply goods as described on the order and for which payment has been received.

Milim Gallery reserves the right to reject any order and all orders are only accepted at our sole discretion.

Milim Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any of the goods marked as for sale at any time.

The prices of the goods as published on this site exclude any postage and packing fees, framing or VAT unless otherwise stated.

Please see our delivery section for delivery details, which vary according to destinations selected for delivery. This is calculated separately during the transaction.

Payment for every order will be via credit or debit card using Paypal via the Milim Gallery Shopping Basket, or via cheque on prior arrangement with Milim Gallery Ltd.

Refunds will be processed either by Paypal direct to the consumer’s credit card or debit card or via company cheque, depending on the original payment method when the order was placed.

The amount of refund will be made in accordance with the amount paid. So where any promotional or discount value was used for the original purchase, it is this discounted amount that will be refunded, not the full value of the goods.

Unless solely due to its own negligence, Milim Gallery cannot be held liable for any losses suffered as a consequence of credit card fraud.

Delivery of the order will be made to the address details as shown on the order. Any inaccurate details entered on the order will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Responsibility for damage to the goods lies with Milim Gallery until delivery has been made, whereupon it passes to the purchaser.

Milim Gallery will endeavour to deliver orders within 30 days of receipt of the order. Where delivery cannot be made within 30 days, arrangements will be made for a new delivery date or a cancellation of the order and a full refund on the order will be made.

Ownership of the goods as detailed on any order shall not pass to the purchaser until Milim Gallery has received cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods purchased.

All purchasers have statutory rights regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on the part of Milim Gallery or the failure of Milim Gallery to carry out their obligations. This set of terms and conditions does not affect the statutory rights of the purchaser. For further information regarding these rights contact Trading Standards or Citizens’ Advice Bureau.

Upon delivery of an order, purchasers must notify Milim Gallery within 7 working days of any damage or defect to the goods. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned damaged goods and acceptance by Milim Gallery of the damage claim.

All goods must be returned complete and undamaged (excepting damage claims) using the original packing where possible and using the delivery service as provided by Milim Gallery.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser.
